All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Chengdu, China. Please note that the estimated delivery time does not include national holidays in China. Possible delivery delays or unexpected situations that may affect the transportation time

Order processing time

Inventory items: 1-3 working days.

Custom items: Processing time may vary depending on the source of raw materials.

Special Note: Our products use natural crystals, and raw material supply may sometimes affect production schedules.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours and will receive a full refund.

You can cancel the reservation before processing to get a full refund.

Tariff and import duty

The customer shall bear all import duties, taxes and fees in their country.

Refusing to pay customs fees may result in deductions for shipping, handling, and return fees.

All orders include tracking

Logistics updates will be sent via email at the time of shipment. Tracking may be delayed, but we monitor all shipments to ensure timely delivery to the specified address.

Orders must be sent to a physical street address.

Orders cannot be split across different addresses.

Customers are responsible for any costs arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

The delivery time after shipment is the responsibility of the carrier. MayCrystal is not responsible for any delays after shipment.
